I’ve been awarded standard daily living, can I request a mandatory reconsideration for enhanced rate, for both daily living and mobility?

If I can, can they decide to take the standard daily living away?

I have extra evidence that contradicts the assessors report which would give me enough points for enhanced rate for both sections
