I’m in complicated situation! My 6 years H1B is ending in November. I’ve filled I-140 with PP and priority date in April. I’ve also got admission for PhD with RA position. I’ve received my I-20 for F1 and F2. While filling out the form for I-539, there is questionnaire regarding immigration visa in Part 4, question 3, 4, & 5. It got me scared!

It would be great help if anyone in this community can share their experience and thoughts how I can prepare my COS and make my case stronger?
