Looking for flush cutters with compound-action leverage for smaller hands (replaceable blades would be a huge plus)

I'm trying to find a pair of flush cutters that have a compound-action or high-leverage mechanism similar to the Crescent PS5429C compound-action diagonal cutters. I really like the reduced hand effort that the compound-action design provides, but I need something that makes a true flush cut.

What I'm looking for:

  • True flush-cut or very close to flush-cut
  • Compound-action or other force-multiplying mechanism to reduce hand effort
  • Comfortable for smaller hands
  • Intended primarily for cutting plastic parts rather than wire
  • Suitable for repetitive use
  • Available in the U.S.

Nice-to-have features:

  • Replaceable blades or replaceable cutter inserts
  • Spring return
  • Industrial-quality construction

Most of the flush cutters I've found are either:

  1. Standard electronics flush cutters that require more hand force than I'd like, or
  2. High-leverage/compound cutters that don't actually produce a flush cut.

Does anyone know of a tool that combines:

  • compound-action leverage,
  • flush-cut blades,
  • smaller-hand ergonomics,
  • and ideally replaceable blades?

I'm open to specialty industrial tools, injection-molding sprue cutters, jewelry-making tools, or anything else that fits the requirements.

Thanks for any recommendations!
