Those of you with noise-induced tinnitus from headphones, which hearing frequencies were most affected? Isn't it usually the higher ones?

I find it really odd that my higher frequencies are almost unaffected, while my lower frequencies feel really bad. Car horns next to me sound really weak, which is honestly shocking, and human voices sound weak too. My audiogram is almost perfect, by the way.

It has been suggested that tinnitus consumes some of the brain’s energy. Have you noticed your cognitive abilities declining? I’ve had tinnitus for six months now, but aside from the serious psychological impact, the tinnitus itself hasn’t held me back mentally. What do you think?
