when i was a kid, (about 13-16) i was VERY good at lucid dreaming, i could induce them every night (sometimes multiple a night) i was soo deep into lucid dreaming i was fully going schizo, im now 19 and ive completely lost the ability to LD sadly :(.. now i wanna get into astral projecting, however i know nothing about it, can anyone give me advice on how i can start? what does it feel like? how long before u had ur first AP?
