A few years ago I got iron infusions when my
Ferritin was 15. After the infusions I felt great, my iron went up to 125, but slowly has titrated down to 56. It was in the 100s for 3 years, 108 as early as last December. I’ve been experiencing worsening fatigue poor sleep. All my labs were “normal” but I still feel like rapid drop in half in the last 6 months is affecting my energy levels. Thoughts?
