Do you think it’s fair to be forced to work other shifts when you were hired for days and you have seniority ver 4 other techs and have been at that hospital for four years. I am not talking covering for a shift or even a week or two. I am saying suddenly being placed on a night shift rotation or moved to 2nd shift.

Edit to answer some comments:
All of us are trained for all positions.
I was told it was because I was more reliable. The other people call off and are not as dependable as me. That’s why I’m suppose to give up days.
