when I feel my levels are low I get chest tightness/shortness of breath while exercising. should I be concerned? I am worried about heart issues. also, can small dips in levels cause major symtpoms, I’ve heard that is the case. I was told I was in the clear and could stop taking iron, felt better for a week or so, then feel awful again.
