Sclx value is now down to under 25 million. Insane

I personally only see one way out for Sclx is dvlt to perform.

Ji world of deals have been silent for Phoe, drug approval smnr, 100 million investment silent.

Only thing we know is sclx loaned $30 million to his private company.

Put things into perspective he loaned out more value than company is worth. He could have invested $30 million back into sclx stock.
Or we have to hope his private company is doing some deal to buy out srne from bankruptcy or something else.
Only srne hope is he saves his shares which saves our shares.

I guess we wait and why can’t our ceo provide even a letter to investors so attorneys can sign off on.
Ji silence has gone on way way too long. Even quarterly there is nothing.
He can talk to us.
No wonder the shorts do so well.

I can’t be the only one frustrated and if I am sorry about that.

Here a test when was the last time something was said to investors??

Watching today they borrowed 1.3 million shares to zero

Then I saw a few big orders to buy after drop
Then they returned the 1.3 million

They probably get paid every time you comment with them.

The last 14 hours they have borrowed to short from 4 million shares down to 1.1 million left over and yesterday they shorted 68.52 percent of all trades which is the highest for current data.

Prepared to hear the fud drop from them

Kind of wishing to hear something on this deal from a PR front by now. Just too darn quiet

It would be nice to see sclx and smnr copy what Phoe performance has been lately

I know we had some timeline to finish off with another extension for them to go after more money

Anyone remember what date the last extension ends to maybe be done and maybe start moving again

Sclx is down ytd $5.05 per share and with smnr at $5.00
Pretty much if price stays the same puts sclx at about breakeven

Now we just need another 1 for 1 on Phoe to be profitable

Then a merger share for share on srne and max pain across the bow.

Dream a dream that we all can get to profitability versus pain for pain

Something that looks the same

Ji could offer a share for share exchange for srne
Buy back sclx shares
Get a drug approval
Dvlt takes off.

Would be nice to see something real happen after 5 years.
