Can we use Parent <> Subsidiaries model for O-1A petition
My understanding is that O-1A agent option requires upfront declaration of itinerary details including all employers/engagements with dates. If that's not true, please share your opinion.
So, instead of "agent" route, I want to tie my O-1A petition to one company. At the same time, I want to be able to explore multiple startup ideas without having to file new O-1A petitions each time. Can I create a parent company fully-owned by me and tie my employment to it, then use that parent company for O-1A petition and later create subsidiaries/brands to explore different ideas, still within the same field of endeavor, without filing a new petition for each subsidiary and maintaining my employment with parent company only?
Is any of my assumption or thinking wrong?
