I cant find the novel i started to read. It's about a wolf shifter who gets exiled from her pack. She goes to work for the dragons in Alaska as an attorney. The dragon kings turning Ferrel, they turn out to be mates. She's investigating as sex traffic ring, but that's as far as I got. Her name is Aurora and the Dragon Beta is named Kael.
