It’s not about your position size; it is about a specific rule from the CME.

You only get flagged if you trade massive size (like 1,000 contracts), or you got banned just for cancelling one small MNQ order.The Reality: The CME does not care if you are trading 1 MNQ or 1,000 MNQ. They care about your intent and your order-to-fill ratio.

The 75% Rule Explained:

According to the TPT CEO, the CME directly told them how they flag spoofing violations: The Threshold:

If you cancel 75% or more of the total orders you place in the market, you get flagged. The Consequence: The CME forces TPT to enforce these rules. If TPT ignores it, the CME comes down hard on the prop firm itself. The Takeaway: It is not TPT being greedy or malicious. Is it possible for a regular guy (not an influencer) to able to withdraw 1 million dollars from TPT. Not at once but overall. Has anyone done it other than lanto(influencers)?
