23M 63kg 174cms. So basically I am asking should I cut few kgs more?
So I don't go to the gym but I do whatever I enjoy like pull ups chinups pushups dips etc. So I have cut down from 76kg to 63kg and I want to be 10-11% bodyfat. I started running for my physical exam and did very aggressive cut. You can see my current physique but I have stopped cutting and eating at maintenance.
But I saw some veins in my lower stomach so should I cut few kgs more to get that very lean look?
