Hi all,

We recently got the kids into a school in Sorrento. Obviously house prices there are ridiculously high so we are looking at surrounding areas. There are some lovely homes in Greenwood, although I'm wondering why they seem to be more affordable - at least in comparison to Kingsley or Padbury. Also looking at Craigie area although my friend has mentioned there is a 'smell' that is noticeable in some areas close to the waste water plant (?)

I'm not from Perth so would love any information on these suburbs for bringing up two kids.
