My FIL is a typical MAGA Boomer who has his opinions told told to him by some local right wing radio station in our area. He doesn't even watch Fox News.

When my wife and I have discussions about our decrepit Commander in Chief, much of what we discuss is "not true" because it would have been all over the news. Bombing a school full of girls? Nope. He didn't hear about it. Falling asleep in the oval office on camera? Nope. He'd of heard about it. Having literal troops on the ground for this war? Nope.

He is spoon fed information and accepts it as the entire truth and reality of the situation.

We insist he not take our word for it. We ask him to look it up. He declines, says he feels like that's not true. Besides, it's all fake news anyway.
