Hey everyone,

I’m currently gearing up to monetize a multi-audio social app I've been developing. I'm getting ready to integrate the Google Play Billing Library, but I've run into a major administrative roadblock and could use some advice from anyone who has navigated cross-border Console issues.

Here is the situation:

The Google Play Console account the app is currently on was created and verified by a friend of mine.

His and mine country aren’t same, and I want the in-app purchase payouts to be deposited directly into my own local bank account.

My questions for the community:

Is there any permitted workaround to link my bank account to his Play Console profile, or is the country/name lock absolute?
