25M starting Mounjaro (2.5mg) looking for advice/tips
Hey everyone, I’m starting Mounjaro this week at 2.5mg and wanted to get some advice from people who’ve already been through the journey.
Over the last 1.5–2 years I’ve gained around 20kg and currently weigh 95kg. My goal weight is around 74kg. Alongside Mounjaro, I’m planning to do the gym 5 days a week and properly focus on fixing my lifestyle.
Since this is my first time using anything like this, I’d really appreciate advice on:
-Fibre intake / avoiding constipation
-Supplements that helped you
-Protein targets
-Hydration/electrolytes
-Foods to avoid
Any side effects you wish you prepared for earlier
General beginner tips
I’ve heard constipation can be pretty common so I especially want to stay ahead of that from day one.
