Soil ph6.8 water 6.6 was auto flower but had to transplant because it became root bound no its starting to grow a little but what it need thanks for the help

What's it need

Soil is 6.8 ph water 6.6 ph was an auto flower seed but it got root bound had to change pots at beginning of flower now it starting to come back any help would be nice thanks
