First Time Buyers Declaration

My partner and I are buying a property in Wales. We have just received the draft contract, mortgage deed, first time buyers declaration etc. For reference, we are both first time buyers.

My partner is using a Lifetime ISA to fund her part of the deposit (my side is liquid so no issues with that).

Are we both to sign the first time buyers declaration? It requests to a Help to Buy ISA reference (which neither of us have as we are not using this type of ISA). I assume it is interchangeable with ISA but I am not sure whether we both need to sign?

The internet is not clear on this and I need to drop them to the solicitor first thing in the morning.

Thanks!
