Is Prima Play fully functional outside of Romania, and does it show all matches?

I've managed FC Botosani in Romania for the past 3 seasons and qualified them for Europe.

Rapid Bucharest offered me an interview and I thought I was nailed on.

They fucking just offered the job to my assistant manager!!!
