Hi,
I need so slowly concentrated knowledge, because we can't get any further.

My daughter has an IPad A16 and since the last update she can no longer get into the Star Stable online app.

You just can't click away the advertisement for Star Rider.

You can't click on anything else.

We tried everything from uninstalling, clearing the cache, logging out and logging in. This advertisement cannot be removed.

Did we miss something? (Excuse my English - I am German and have used the translator)
