I built a solo Bitcoin mining pool for Bitaxe miners — 0% fee, Stratum V1/V2, and cryptographic proof your work wasn't wasted (Glass Ledger)

After running a Bitaxe for a while I kept asking myself: did my shares actually count, or did the pool just move on? That question became NexusPool.

What it is

A solo/lottery mining pool. You connect your Bitaxe, it mines. If it finds a block — it's 100% yours, no split, no fee. That's the lottery.

What's different is what we built around the pool to answer that original question.

Glass Ledger — proof of custody

Every pool tells you they're honest. NexusPool proves it.

We maintain a cryptographic chain of custody for your work:

  • Counted → your shares arrived and were accepted
  • Useful → they contributed to a valid job template
  • Conserved → if a block was found, submit was fired

We call it the Glass Ledger. You can verify the chain without trusting us. The tagline writes itself: "We don't change your luck. We prove we didn't lose your work."

Most solo pools are a black box. You submit shares, you hope. Glass Ledger is the receipt.

The rest

  • 0% fee — not "0% plus a donation tip," literally zero. Every sat goes to the finder.
  • Non-custodial — payout address is yours. We never hold anything.
  • Stratum V1 + V2 — V1 works out of the box with stock Bitaxe firmware. V2 is live for when firmware catches up.
  • Open source — GPLv3, everything auditable.

Running mainnet as of v0.6.26.18. Happy to answer questions about Glass Ledger, the implementation, or how to point your Bitaxe at it.
