Is it true that Argentine teenagers are very open?
I have a friend who moved from Russia to Argentina and is in high school. He's 15 years old. He says some girls want to get to know him, and sometimes even flirt with him. I don't really believe him. Is it true that Argentinian teenagers are so open to each other that girls start approaching guys?
