Commercial bank of Dubai mobile app
Hi,
Has anyone had issues with activating your credit cards from the mobile app? When I try it login it says “only customers of CBD can use this service” I’m so confused.
It even says my application is taking longer than usual to process.
When I tried calling customer service it uses its automated service for instructing how to use the app but it’s still not helping. And when I try finding the option to talk to an actual person, it says they can’t help with the mobile banking app.
This is so weird. Could anyone suggest some other way?
