I’m currently on 1 mg and have been for a few months. I’ve been on Wegovy since October 2025. Besides some low energy and it being nearly impossible to drink most things, I recently started having nerve pain in my upper thigh area on both legs and right above my tailbone in my lower back area, going from hip to hip (in the back)

I know that this is not muscular. It has been over 10 days and nerve pain is very specific. It can feel burning, electric, pins and needles. I have tried topical rubs which do help, but I’m not looking to manage the symptoms. I’m looking to resolve the issue.

To be clear, I have reached out to my physician. I’m waiting for a callback, but I’m just curious if anyone else has had this experience.
