I'm looking for someone with the goal of meeting, having a serious and committed relationship and potentially forming a family in the future. Below are some of my characteristics and expectations in bullet point format. It is a better format to save you time while filtering through this subreddit's posts. About me:
- Caucasian
- 5'7''
- Not slim, neither fat. Just average
- Catholic
- Looking to have children. My dream is up to 3, but we'll see how we fare with the first two
- Software Engineer
- English as a second language, though I am fluent in every aspect of the language. Including pronounciation, so I have no accent
- Currently working and living in Brazil. Hoping to work and live in the US one day
- Not a smoker
- Hard worker, responsible with money (no debts, gambling, etc)
- Homebody. Dislike clubs with a passion

My standards about you:
- No tattoos or piercings
- No smoking
- No debt without good reason. Important to note that debts can have a good reason (a mortgage, a loan to pay for health issues, etc)
- Respect money enough to be wise with it. This often goes hand-in-hand with no debt, but not always. Someone could have 1M and spend 10k on a purse. That's not something I would consider "wise"
- Not morbidly obese. Being somewhat fat is fine, but being obese where the weight impacts day to day life isn't attractive to me
- Be engaging to talk to. You also have to engage in the conversation and not just answer my paragraph-length messages with 1-5 words. I want to feel that you're treating me like an equal

Bonuses which aren't required, but I'd like about you:
- Christian
- Prefers dates in non-loud places where meaningful connection can be made (coffee shops for example)
- Homebody

I'm looking for real, genuine connection and a potential life partner. I'm a software engineer who likes to take walks, cook, play with my pet Pinscher, etc (ask me). I'm mostly a homebody, but I do like going out with good company. However, this has been less common lately as I've been working remotely for a while and have moved away from the people I used to hang out with.

I'm bilingual, speaking both Portuguese and English fluently (without any foreigner accent). I don't have kids, but I do want to have them in the future. As such, I'm looking for a partner potentially for life. I'm not looking for people who smoke, use drugs, have exaggerated tattoos or piercings.

I don't have other expectations for looks, height, weight, race, etc... but I do expect someone with a good character, as this is the most important aspect of people to me. I'm also looking for someone financially diligent, just as I am. Debt is fine as long as it's 'good' debt (student loans, mortgage, etc) and not bad debt (credit card, etc).

Lastly, I currently live in Brazil, but I work remotely for a US company which offers the possibility of moving to the US and I am gunning for that possibility. I see myself living and working in the US within the next 3 years, so finding someone from there would be ideal. Still, if conversation goes well, I am able to enter the US for up to 90 days without going through the visa acquisition process for us to meet (I have EU citizenship).

I'm still willing to date people from Brazil though, as long as we click while getting to know each other.
