Hi, I rent out of a couple of HMOs in Hull, here bills are usually included in the rent, it's usually the expectation. I was just wondering whether there was anything available to landlords for an all inclusive bills package, I'm particularly interested in unlimited gas and electricity so I don't have to monitor usage. I've seen One utility but I understand that this is for the landlord to refer the tenant to, the tenant then pays them, but I'm wanting something just for the landlord. Any advice.
