Upstairs Neighbor Keeps dumping (what I hope is water) off balcony
Alright, I need to vent. I recently within the last month or 2 got new upstairs neighbors and they are LOUD. They're running around at midnight 4-5 nights a week and I can hear them over my tower fan and sound machine.I get up at 6 for work, and once I hear them it's hard to sleep since I'm just irritated. To add to it, they keep dumping what I'm assuming is mop water off their balcony and it keeps getting on mine. I've been sitting on the balcony reading when they've done it before and gotten splashed with it and it absolutely disgusts me. I went to the office 2 Saturdays ago to mention it to the leasing office to see if they would talk to them just like a "hey please be mindful type of thing." It's since continued. If the office talked to them I feel like they're doing it out of spite now. I've started recording things so I can show the office cause honestly, getting splashed with some unknown substance has me feeling some type of way. Is there anything I can do besides just keep documenting and sending to the office?
The throwing stuff of the balcony is the biggest thing to me. I feel like I can't even sit outside and read and enjoy my patio. I'm beyond frustrated to say the least. Advice appreciated. Earlier when I got home from work, I went outside to water my herbs when they threw stuff off the balcony and I literally yelled dude can you NOT?? AND THEY LAUGHED.
