Injured 10/2025 MRI showed TBI, L3 bulging disk, left ulnar subsheath tearing and do physical therapy, chiropractor & acupuncture 2x a week. I get migraines and neuro has me at 80% headache disability. I’m doing balance therapy 2 x a week because I was found to have vestibular issues. I am also receiving cognitive therapy 2 x a week due slow executive function and have so far classified as 60% disability index by neuropsych evaluation. How long should my case take to settle?
