Hi everyone - First let me say your plumerias are gorgeous! I live in the Midwest with outdoor growing season May-Sept. In 2020, I purchased 2 plumerias. They were quite small. Over the years, they have grown and are 3-4ft. The have beautiful leaves but no flowers. I've used tropical plant fertilizers, but no luck. In the winter they are in my basement and go dorment. I'm ready to put them outside this week. Any suggestions on fertilizer, repotting or care. Thank you!
