We are applying for ILR under skilled worker route ( myself, partner & 2 children) . My son is 18 years old, I am the main applicant .Can I add my son who's is 18 years old as an additional applicant such as family member or dependent? He is not leading an independent life & he lives with me and financially dependent on me as well.
I will be submitting the ILR application soon along with my wife and 2 kids. One of them is 18 now. Myself and my wife has a joint council tax account. All applicants who turned 18 should they sign PART-1 ? And PART-2 should it be signed by me and my wife?
My son, has turned 18 and I will be applying for his ILR along with mine as my Skilled Worker dependant. He is studying in Year 13 and has completed his GCSEs in English in the UK. Is he exempted from the English language requirement for his ILR application? His application is also set(0) child. While filling the ILR application for my son along with mine, set o child form, there were no questions
related to life in uk and knowledge of english. Is this fine? Any ways he has cleared Life in UK test & GCSE English which I will upload
I am eligible to apply for ILR on 5 yrs skilled worker route from May 19th 2026.I will be applying along with my wife and 2 children (aged 14 & 18 yrs). As part of documentation I need to proivde one month bank statement. In latest bank statement i have deposit amount transactions of around 26k, which i took loan from banks for ILR fee ; CC payment debt consolditaion. If i submit the same bank statement will it cause any trouble.one loan 12k is to clear credit card and old personal loan & 2nd loan 14k is a personal loan for ilr fee. HSBC & Barclays loan.
