I work a DTC ecom brand that sells products via Shopify, 3PL and Amazon. We constantly run out of products that are shown as available. All of these systems show different inventory numbers and don't match, happens all the time. We tried increasing sync frequency, adding safety stock and also even did manual reconciliations. It still does not help. How can we manage everything better? Please help.
