My store had a meeting recently and aparently we can't have set schedules anymore meaning its gonna be possible we'll be scheduled outside of our availability, and are told we cannot take this up to our people lead anymore. So if i get either hours cut or get put hours that i can't do im basically either forced to do that or swap shifts with someone else.

I'm not sure if other stores are doing this but i need to know if they can even do that??
