I want to buy a Mikrotik router to provide Internet to my neighbors but I'm not sure what to buy.

Should I buy the RB951 or the RB941? Can I customize the RB951 using my PC with a USB connection unlike the RB941?

I want the Internet to be broadcast as far as possible as I will connect to multiple access points.

I will then connect to a router to provide Internet
