I read this book over 20 years ago (~2003-2005) and borrowed it from my high school library, so it was bit steamy but not straight up erotica. From what I can remember, the stories are:

1. FMC has been turned into a cat and MMC adopts her, thinking she’s a stray, and she falls in love with him.
2. FMC is a genie.
3. This has a historical setting. FMC is a beginner witch or thinks she has magic powers. She gets mad at the hot, rich, MMC, “curses” him, and thinks she turned him into a goat. He comes home to find her struggling with the goat, is charmed, and then they have sex. The goat is not involved in the sex.

No idea if it was written by one author or several. This was not YA and definitely geared for an adult audience, and I think it was a paperback.
