Multiple Domains
Hey guys,
Setting up 1 big subaccount that has leads leads funneling from various clients into 1 big sub account.
So basically, instead of my clients have 1 subaccount each and then emailing/calling/sms from each of their subaccounts, I first have all the leads go into 1 sub account then whenever we book them the call, it goes into theirs.
I plan to send emails on behalf of my clients through that 1 big subaccount and thanks to custom fields and some basic coding, I can make it so that I use different templates and signatures based on which contact is assigned to which client.
My main thing is figuring out if its also possible to send emails using my client's domains IF they have one.
I saw GHL has the ability to have multiple domains under 1 account but it is capped at 5 domains under 1 subaccount. They will be generic domains so that the leads getting those emails aren't turned off completely.
So right now my short term solution is to have 3 domains.
1 for coldish outreach
1 for warmer leads
1 for email reminders, etc.
I have also a friend who recommended cloudflare where you can have mutltiple domains and be able to send emails to contacts from there through GHL.
Another thing I'm trying to figure out is how to change the prefix and from depending on each client.
I know it sounds perhaps complicated, etc.
Would love your thoughts/feedback.
