For some reason, the rim on the snare drum for one of my kits just plays a rim shot sound when I hit it instead of just a rim click. Xstick still works too, just no rim clicks for some reason. I've been going through the settings and can't figure out what change I might have made to cause this issue.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I know there's a way to add a sound to the rims of the toms while still having a tom sound on the mesh head, but I haven't been able to find instructions in the guidebook or online. I just want to get my kit set up to where I can play a splash cymbal on the rim of one of my toms.

Any help would be appreciated.
