Usually I don't mind poor graphics in games but Fallout 3's graphics are terrible. Namely the lack of foliage and the green tint over the game, but also lighting and textures mods. I'm looking for some mods that fix these issues but I want it to stay lore friendly.

When I am trying to see certain things in my server, mainly who's joining, I can't do it in real time because the whole CMD panel is filled with the same commands meant to refill some dispensors. The commands are on repeat command blocks. I'd rather configure the settings so they don't show up rather than change the code on the command blocks as it was quite complicated to set up.
