What's support+cannedreponse, and why is the support team so vague?

About more than a month ago, I got a 24 year ban on an account I worked hard to grow for almost 8 years. I sent Royale High support an email on May 3, and finally got a response on June 3 from a moderator named Lily. Long story short, I was banned for inappropriate behavior- but over a misunderstanding. Somebody said something disrespectful about another person's outfit and was incredibly rude, saying "cover up, you're disgusting, predatory, you'd definitely be from that island, files" to a girl wearing just the mermaid shop items in Luna Lagoon- no weird decals, no weird colors- nothing but a normal tidalglow swimsuit wear. We argued back and forth, and I kept it as mature as possible while pointing out how ridiculous she was sounding- not to mention, in a mermaid themed beach realm where wearing bikinis, swimsuits, and summer themed outfits are encouraged by the game and it's shop anyway (gilded top, kelp kini top, as long as you dont violate rules or safety guidelines regarding sexual content by absuing decals or colors to alter to weirdly).

The person took a screenshot of one of my arguments, reported it, and now I'm banned for 24 years until 2050- even though there was nothing that was severely inappropriate at all about my response in that argument. I sent an email to support, and after a month, got a response from a moderator named Lily where I was asked to explain the screenshot of my argument. I sent one response calmly, trying to explain my side. However, I felt the situation needed more explanation, and sent 2 more replies to the same email thread. Now, it's about to be 4 days, and I still haven't heard back. So I sent one more reply today- only to see it sent to "support+cannedresponse@royalehigh".

What does "support+cannedresponse" mean in this situation? Does this mean I should just resend a new email ticket because the moderator lost my email or something? Does it mean the moderator just "threw my email away" or decided not to deal with it anymore? Everything's so vague, and I'm starting to actually panic because this is 8 years of hard work, Everfriend 26 halo, many toy code items, all gamepasses, and a large inventory I cherish so incredibly much lost to a petty argument. This game means a lot to me, and I can't take being banned for 24 years over this! What should I do: wait for the moderator or resend a new email ticket and wait another whole month?
