Am I ok to travel?

So this is my timeline:
AOR: February 23
ADR: April 24 (became common law with a Canadian citizen, IRCC asked for his passport)
BIL: April 27
Medical completed: April 27
BIL: completed April 29
Background check started: April 29
FD - waiting
P1 - waiting
P2 - waiting
PVO - Vancouver
SVO - Sydney
Current visa expires early September this year.
I wasn’t expecting to be invited to apply for PR and honestly completely forgot about it when the invitation came as I was preparing documents for applying as common law with my Canadian partner. We already bought tickets to go to Japan from July 14-August 3rd. Am I safe to go? I know that fore sure if everything goes well then I won’t be able to get my PR card on time and would have to apply for PR travel document while I am in Japan. But… Let’s say I get my P1 and P2 early July but don’t get my eCOPR before I leave for my trip? Can I leave the country? For some reason my brain is not braining.
