Why are they doing this? What’s the catch and how do they benefit from it?

I’m a complete beginner when it comes to gold investment and jewellery buying, so I’d really appreciate some honest advice.
Gold prices seem quite high these days, and I’m not sure if:
- It’s better to wait for prices to drop
- Or just go ahead since gold is a long-term asset anyway
Also, since this is jewellery (not coins/bars), I’m wondering if it is actually worth it considering making charges and resale value?
Would really appreciate insights from people who understand gold trends or have bought jewellery recently 🙏
