Can someone help me with my routine?
So here's my current workout routine
Day one
Incline Dumbbell Press: 3 sets × 8–12 reps
Lat pull down 3 sets x 12 reps
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3 sets × 8–12 reps
Dumbbell Bench Press: 3 sets × 8–12 reps
One-Arm Dumbbell Row: 3 sets × 10–12 reps
Lateral Raises: 3 sets × 12–15 reps
Day two
Leg Press — 4 sets × 6–10 reps
Hip thrust— 3 sets × 8–10 reps
Lunges — 3 sets × 10 per leg
Standing Calf Raise — 4 sets × 10 reps
Leg Curls — 3 sets × 10 reps
Thighsolator 3 sets x 10 reps
bicycle crunches 3 sets 12 reps
Planks 3 sets 30 secs
Rest day
Day 3
Dumbbell Bench Press: 4 sets × 10 reps
Dumbbell Incline Press: 3 sets × 10 reps
Row machine : 3 sets × 8–12 reps
Overhead Press: 3 sets × 6 reps
Preacher curls: 3 sets x 12 reps
Cable curl
Day 4
Trap Bar deadlift 3 sets × 6–8 reps
Goblet Squat: 3 sets × 10–12 reps
Hip Thrusts or Glute Bridges: 3 sets × 10–15 reps
Leg Extensions: 3 sets × 12–15 reps
bicycle crunches 3 sets 12 reps
Planks 3 sets 30 secs
2 rest days
If anyone could modify it or make suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it
I'm brand new to this so don't judge too hard
