Interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on this. I frequent a local shopping center that has 4 free public chargers available. The chargers aren't associated with any one business but are for the benefit of the patrons of the businesses and parks nearby. A majority of the time that I visit is in the morning, the spaces seem to be taken by Tesla's with the owners sitting in the vehicle getting a free charge. It would be nice to charge once in a while I do some shopping or work from the cafe nearby. I dont knock them for getting a free charge but shouldn't they be supporting the local businesses instead of just bumming off of a free charge?
