How will be winner get picked?

-By a web site or a wheel spin or me choosing

I will create cars for you and sell them at LSCM (whatever its called) i can give you:

-Normal car

-modded car (clean and fully moded)

-any car

But i cant give you weaponized or blacklisted cars i would need to log in your acc and give you the car !

So are there any safe executor that is updated and not a virus /malware /rat or trojan ?
