Quick question for anyone who might have experienced this with a DSO. I’m graduating dental school and starting my first job in about 2 months. I signed a contract but had some family matters come up closer to home, and was thinking of moving closer to home to be with family (job I signed is about 2 hours away). My contract goes into effect July 1 of this year. If I tell the recruiter or regional manager, what does this look like? Since I haven’t really started will this be easier to get out of? Will they possibly black list me from the company? Any advice would be appreciated.
