Wage theft, need help
A follow up about my post from earlier this week. Long story short, I was missing 40 hours of evaluated work for my paycheck. This pay period I got a $0.00 on my paycheck. They gave me $0 for 118.54 hours of evaluated work from this pay period. My union rep will not help me, he does not respond to any emails and he is the assistant district representative. I went to the person above him and their response basically told me to grieve and added the guy who isn’t responding to my emails. I seriously need help on how I go about this and how I’m able to grieve this so I can get paid for the hours that I’m missing. 2 weeks ago when we got paid I was only able to receive a $300 money order for 40 hours of work ($7.5/ hr). Now fast forward to today when I received a $0 paycheck, I was only issued a $1000 money order for 118.54 hours of work ($8.43/ hr). The union rep initially told me I was able to get 65% of what I was missing and have only received 30-38% of my missing time. Please somebody point me towards any advice. The people supposed to be helping me are ghosting me as if it isn’t an urgent matter. Thank you.
