Associate’s Degree in Metal Fabrication and Welding Technology and AWS D1.1 certification. I want to go back to school, thinking Bachelor’s in Entomology. Will I be looked at unfavorably for B’s and C’s I received for welding courses I took when actually going to apply for a veterinary program.

My current cumulative GPA is 3.23. I took one math class like 3 years ago and got a D and I haven’t taken any other math/science classes (unless Metallurgy counts and I got a B in that).

I don’t have doubts about my science or mathematic skills going forward, just a lack of motivation in the past.
