Some might recall seeing my tiny skeins of yarn for the Sewing Room nook I’m working on. I did those skeins using scrap embroidery floss, leftovers from making friendship bracelets. It occurred to me that I can also use scrap floss to do a tiny wall hanging to replace the paper one in the kit. It’s not the same pattern obviously, but there’s no way I would attempt that! I will need to trim the fringe a bit shorter. Can’t wait to see it hung up on the nook wall.

I’m posting this how-to video because someone asked on my post showing my mini skeins. I couldn’t figure out how to add it as a reply to that person, so I’m doing a separate post. I’m not a big user of Reddit, so I’m not sure if I’m going about this the right way. Anyhoo, hope this helps anyone who wants to make skeins this way (or improve the method!).
