I am an international undergrad on an F-1 and recently got an MBB offer in the USA.

During the application, I answered “no” to needing current/future visa sponsorship because I had a green card application pending that didn’t require employer sponsorship. Due to recent regulation/adjudication changes, there is now a chance it may not go through...

I still have 3 years of STEM OPT, so I’m work authorized for now, but I may need sponsorship later. How should I approach this with the firm? Should I tell recruiting/HR now, and how do I frame it?
