Why do you think the image based question of the patchy hair loss pointed towards fungal infection?

Ps: I don't remember the exact clinical pointers so, asking this

Statement in HPV Vaccination programme question

The second statement stated that " according to who and national guidelines, it is a one shot regime"

All the other statements had only who guidelines but it had national guidelines in this statement and according to them it's a two dose regime for 9-14 year old girls and 3 dose regime for 15-26 year old girls.
